Emergent Countries Fund

Your client is active in emergent countries (India, Morocco, Vietnam, etc.)?

As a bank or financial partner you think that your client could tender more attractive offers against its international competitors? You have heard about public support for exports of equipment to certain countries? Let’s talk about it!


What projects are concerned?

The projects concern exclusively capital goods and associated services in one or another of the eligible countries. The support takes the form of a donation and is limited to a maximum of 250 000 euros or 500 000 euros, per project, according to the case.


Which countries are emergent?

The countries called “emergent” are classified annually by the OECD.
Given that the list is in constant evolution, always contact us in case of uncertainty as to whether or not a country is included in the list.


The list of eligible countries on the Emergent Countries Line (may 2022) is the following:

  • West Bank and Gaza Strip

Le minimum de concessionnalité (35 % ou 50%) dépend du pays. La règle général est qu’un niveau de
concessionnalité d’au moins 35%, ou 50% si le pays bénéficiaire est un Pays Moins Avancé (PMA)
conformément à l’Arrangement de l’OCDE sur les crédits à l’exportation bénéficiant d’un soutien
public. Tous les pays mentionnés cidessus ne sont pas des PMA, donc un niveau de concessionnalité
de 35% devrait être appliqué.
